"Strength Training Tailored to you"

The attention of personal training without training alone.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Why Small Group Personal Training?

Our Small Group Strength Programme limits each group to a maximum of 4 people, allowing your coach to give the same level of attention to technique, form and progression that you would expect from one-to-one personal training — while also benefiting from the motivation and support of training alongside others.

By capping every group at 4 people, we ensure your coach can properly observe and correct technique, track your progress within each session, and adapt your programme as required.

You will also train alongside a small, consistent group of people working toward their own goals. This provides an additional layer of motivation and accountability that is difficult to replicate when training alone.

Whether you are new to strength training or an experienced lifter, this programme is designed around your individual goals and physical profile.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Your Coach and Your Programme

Your programme is developed by a qualified and certified Strength & Conditioning coach, using your VALD assessment results alongside a review of your injury history and individual training needs.

This ensures your programme reflects your current capability, your goals, and any considerations relating to previous injury or physical limitation.

Progress is formally reassessed every 2 months.

At each reassessment, we retest your strength, balance and asymmetry on the force plates, review your progress against your original baseline, and adjust your programme accordingly. This provides a clear, objective measure of improvement over time.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Assessing Your Needs

Every client begins their programme with a VALD force plate assessment — the same performance technology used by professional and elite sporting organisations worldwide.

This assessment provides an objective measure of:

  • Strength — your current baseline across key movement patterns

  • Balance — how effectively you control load and bodyweight

  • Asymmetry — left/right imbalances that can affect performance and increase injury risk

  • Potential — a realistic outlook based on your individual goals

This data removes guesswork from the process and ensures your programme is built on an accurate understanding of your current physical profile, rather than assumptions. It means that the programme that is written for you will be the most effective and efficient for reaching your goals and you will have the expertise on hand to make sure you reach them.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Are We What You Are Looking For?

This programme is suitable for absolute beginners through to experienced lifters.

If you are new to strength training, you will be coached through correct technique from the outset, with close supervision at every stage. If you are an experienced lifter, you will benefit from the level of detail, data and individualised programming that is not typically available in standard group sessions.

Programmes are tailored to a range of goals, including:

  • Sports performance — developing strength to support performance in a specific sport

  • Aesthetics and body composition — building strength in support of physique and body composition goals

  • Injury prevention and resilience — addressing asymmetry and physical imbalance to reduce injury risk

Regardless of your goal, your programme is designed around your individual assessment data and objectives.
