KATE WHAPPLES
Kate is a Strength & Conditioning Coach with experience working with elite footballers and a variety of other professional athletes. She has a Masters degree in Strength & Conditioning and is available to help with performance or aesthetic goals by providing specifically designed strength and conditioning programmes.

LAUREN ADAMS
Lauren is a strength and conditioning coach with a BSc Hons in Sports Science and an MS in Strength and Conditioning.
Lauren has experience coaching Olympic Weightlifting and coaching athletes from netball and academy football.
Lauren delivers high-energy, fun but challenging classes that will help you improve your training performance.
TYPHAINE MILLIERE
Denis has a degree in Sport and Exercise sciences, and is a level 3 personal trainer. Denis has worked with a range of athletes and has a broad knowledge and understanding of the components of sports performance, health and wellbeing and fitness. He works closely with his PT clients to help them achieve their lifestyle and fitness goals.

HARRY DEVINE
Denis has a degree in Sport and Exercise sciences, and is a level 3 personal trainer. Denis has worked with a range of athletes and has a broad knowledge and understanding of the components of sports performance, health and wellbeing and fitness. He works closely with his PT clients to help them achieve their lifestyle and fitness goals.
