Access to 3 Beginner Calisthenic classes per week at 5.30pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Suitable for the absolute beginner, you will cover bar work, rings and floor work. Get stronger and more confident in the shapes your body can make.

Mum and Baby Class

6 sessions of strength training classes that are appropriate and relevant to new mums. Each class is coached by 2 qualified female coaches and you can bring along your pre-toddler.

3 Class Trial

Spend some time with us and see what we're about. Buy a 3 class trial pack and try out any of the classes on the timetable (excluding the beginner's courses).
