WE WANT YOU TO GET THE MOST FROM YOUR TRAINING. TO MAKE SURE THAT HAPPENS YOU WILL GET :
  • 6 WEEKS OF TRAINING 3 X PER WEEK (choose from a selection of times to suit your schedule)

  • 1:1 WITH OUR HYROX SPECIALIST COACH TO ESTABLISH YOUR GOALS, COMMIT TO YOUR TRAINING SCHEDULE AND IDENTIFY WHAT SUPPORT YOU NEED 

  • ​NUTRITION PROGRAMME THAT IS PERSONALISED TO YOUR GOALS​

  • BENCHMARK TESTING TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE MAKING PROGRESS

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
  • Classes will be tough but rewarding

  • We will push you but support you to work your hardest

  • You will see results and you will see your body change 

  • You will feel more energised, more confident and generally fitter
