PHASE FIVE: STRENGTH
Build Strength, Confidence and Skill under the bar.
Focused, structured training designed to make you stronger, week by week
STRENGTH is our signature Phase Five programme. Each class is built to develop your strength, technique and confidence under the bar.
You will be guided through a warm-up, a compound lift and supporting supersets throughout your session.
Our strength programme runs in 10-week cycles with regular three rep max testing to ensure that you are making progress.
This is the ideal programme for people who have completed our 'Intro to Lifting' course or those with previous gym experience.

PHASE FIVE: PERFORM
Train like an athlete, move better, jump higher, perform stronger.
PERFORM is a fun and varied way to progress your athletic development. A blend of strength, power, plyometric training, mobility training and bodyweight control.
This class gives you a true taste of what it feels like to train like a performance athlete, improving strength, coordination, and movement quality in every session.
Whether you are chasing a higher level of performance in your sport or simply want to train and move like an athlete, this programme delivers a challenging and rewarding way to train.

PHASE FIVE: CALISTHENICS
Master your body, build strength, control and skill.
Learn to move with precision and power through bodyweight-based training.
Our Calisthenics class focuses on developing strength, control, and body awareness using only your own bodyweight. Each session blends skill progression work, mobility training, and structured strength blocks to help you master movements such as pull-ups, dips, levers, and handstands.
These sessions focus on building functional strength, stability, and coordination through progressive exercises that can be tailored to any level.
This class is perfect for those looking to enhance movement quality, gain impressive bodyweight strength, and unlock new skills in a supportive, coached environment.

Train, compete, test your limits.
Become part of the biggest thing in fitness and get involved in Hyrox! A mixture of weighted resistance and running, Hyrox is the ultimate hybrid training model. Take part in our classes or join our competition team. Whatever level you’re training or competing at, let us help you level up.

Our Mobility class is designed to help you move better, recover faster, and perform at your best. Each session focuses on improving joint range of motion, stability, and control through guided mobility drills, stretching, and active movement patterns.
This class supports all styles of training from lifting and HYROX to everyday movement helping you build resilience, prevent injury, and enhance overall performance.
Suitable for all levels, it’s the ideal session to restore balance, improve flexibility, and keep your body moving freely.
