PHASE FIVE: STRENGTH

Strength Phase is a 10-week weight plan that is guaranteed to improve your squat, bench and deadlift numbers. Strength Phase consists of three sessions a week split into push, pull and legs, with each cycle ending with a strength test so you can see just how much progress you make. With expert coaching, small group classes and a competitive but supportive training environment, this class will rocket your strength and performance in the gym.

PHASE FIVE: PERFORM

This class will challenge the way you move. A combination of strength work, weighted and unweighted mobility drills, rotational work, core control and explosive power. If you’re looking for a new, more intentional way to train that will elevate your athletic performance, this is the perfect class for you.

PHASE FIVE: CONDITIONING

Build your engine! This session will get your heart rate up and build a serious capacity for endurance. Our lunchtime slots are 45 minutes, so you can get your conditioning work in your lunch break and be back at your desk for your afternoon meetings.

PHASE FIVE: HYROX

Become part of the biggest thing in fitness and get involved in Hyrox! A mixture of weighted resistance and running, Hyrox is the ultimate hybrid training model. Take part in our classes or join our competition team. Whatever level you’re training or competing at, let us help you level up.

Yoga at Home

PHASE FIVE: YOGA

Being able to move and control your body through all ranges of motion is a fundamental part of performance. Our mobility classes will not only focus on improving your range of motion, but on how to control your body through those ranges. These are a great way to incorporate active recovery into your training schedule and find some time for slow movement in your training programme.
