Or maybe you’ve tried lifting before, but never felt completely confident with your technique?
The Strength Foundations Programme is a six-week, premium small-group coaching experience designed for beginners and for those who want to refine their lifting technique under expert guidance.
This is a small- group training programme that is structured, coached, and built around your individual goals. You will receive support, accountability and, as sessions are limited to six people, you will receive the attention and personal feedback that will guarantee the best outcomes you can achieve. so you can train safely, effectively, and grow in strength for years to come.
