Overview

Transform is a six-week bootcamp-style programme designed for busy people who want to make big changes to their body and exercise habits- fast!

Sessions are high-energy, structured, and results-focused, combining weighted resistance training, circuits, and core work to maximise progress in a short space of time.

 

This is for busy adults who want to see real physical change quickly and are ready to commit to a structured programme. No prior fitness level required, sessions are coached and scalable.

What the Programme Includes

  • Weighted resistance sessions to build strength and muscle

  • High-intensity circuits for conditioning and fat loss

  • Core work incorporated into every session

  • Flexible scheduling — attend any three sessions per week

  • Bonus: Run Club every Saturday at 10:00am (included)

  • Nutrition support 

  • 1:1 goal setting meeting

Beginners' Lifting

Learn the lifts, build confidence, start your strength journey right. 

A six-week course teaching proper technique and gym confidence for complete beginners.

 

Our Introduction to Lifting course is a six-week program designed to teach the fundamentals of strength training in a supportive, coached environment. You’ll learn proper technique for the squat, bench press, and deadlift, alongside other key movement patterns essential for safe and effective training.

This course is perfect for complete beginners who want to build confidence in the gym, understand correct form, and establish a solid foundation before progressing into our Core Strength classes.

By the end of the program, you’ll move with confidence, lift with control, and have the knowledge to continue your strength journey with purpose and structure.
